During the Convocation, we asked eight questions as part of our World Cafe table discussions. We organized them into two groups. The first four addressed the theme of leaving Egypt. They were:
What are we being drawn away from?
What are we in bondage to?
Where do we encounter resistance?
What does moving forward mean to us?
The second four addressed the theme of moving towards the Promised Land. They were:
What are we being drawn to?
What signs of God have we responded to?
What does the promised land look like to us?
What do we do now that our forty years in the wilderness are up?
These are obviously huge questions, and we don’t have any one answer to them. The collective wisdom of the group was gathered, and in the next few weeks a squad of people will be looking them over and collating them, and will bring their findings to Convention in November.
